1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at our customer support email or phone number with your order details.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If the order is cancelled successfully before dispatch.
Once your return/refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging or labels.
- Perishable or consumable goods, once opened.
4. Return Process
- Customers must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Proof such as images or videos may be required for verification.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from TheDishti.
- In case of approved returns, reverse pickup may be arranged depending on location.
6. Changes to Policy
TheDishti reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
